The packages are mailed by First class of international registered airmail from Slovakia Europe with Tracking ID. Receipt of goods is the buyer's responsibility. You can track the parcel by click on the tracking number in your list order or here https://tandt.posta.sk/en. After several days you can track the parcel on your local post sites.
Many of our items we send as a small package which means the postman will come to your door and give it to you personally and you will sign for it. If you won't be at home at that moment, they will leave you a notice to pick up a mail piece from the post office. If you didn’t receive this notice, you need track the parcel yourself by upper link. If the parcel is unclaimed by you at the post office and returned to us back, such orders are not refunded. You can again pay the shipping cost for the re-delivery and receive your order.

All clocks and notebooks ship by DHL Express shipping in quarantine period with shipping term 3 business days with tracking ID. One of the delivery requirements is your phone number. Therefore, all customers from USA, Canada are requested to enter the phone number in the order notes.

LOST MAIL: We will ship the replacement for lost mail. We consider the package as lost if it wasn't delivered in 40 days after shipping and we don't have current tracking information. All our packages have tracking numbers, and for most countries you can see the tracking info by upper link or using local post sites.
